I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Looked interesting, and fun with the right tires along with correct set up (ride height)

Thanks for posting the Photos. Wish I could have gone.
If I'm right, that's GRM's Per pushing out the Vivek's Camaro. It's a good bet that your photo will be in the magazine.

Here is the route that we took. I tried to mark the spot that Vivek got stuck at but I could not find it for some reason. I got tired of looking.

You must at least have Google Earth to make use of this file. Save it to your PC and change the zip to kmz and double click on it. It should come up in GE.

Ok well as one event is in the books it's time to plan the next one,

"Ethereal Mire"

The dates I have in mind are
October 27th
or
November 24th

Please respond and tell me if your willing to
1. work (keep in mind Checkpoint workers get to rally to ther positions)
or
2. Compete

If you attended TK and liked or disliked anything and would like to have input on how the next event is put together. please respond.

If you want to work the event and take on the duties of Co-rallymaster I would love to bring somoene on-board. this is not an easy job but you get to drive hundreds if not thousands of miles of roads while you scout out the new course. and learn the inner workings of a rally in the process.

Who can I count on to sign up?

Justin you should have heard David going "what?" when I was telling him about the Rally.

Jeff I would def like to see a grid person to line up the cars or just more instruction during the drivers meetings if there isn't one.
