sebring lap video
The camera is too far back in the car, and I never did like a soundtrack to track videos. I just want to hear the engine and tires.

The sound quality on the video wasn't great. Too much wind noise.
This was at the PBOC "Winterfest" event last weekend. Similar to a Chin event, only a BUNCH more cars.
(note that these are merely the "quick" laps, not the "fast" laps )

Ditto re: no songs.
Try putting a piece of semi-porous foam over your microphone. It makes a world of difference by almost completely eliminating wind noise that's hitting the camera.

if the camera was set further forward i agree that would have been nice
either way thanks for the vid of the course
p.s. i also would rather hear pure engine and exhaust on the track ... nothing better than that

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

Little Too Late, I don't have horsepower, really, it's not a Fast car. so to cut a sick fast lap requires a little more on the edge driving. turn in early and stay on the gas through the whole turn, track out wide. I was late most turns there because If I came barreling through a corner I would have wound up in the passenger seat of a 911 or corvette, or at least black flagged.
I had WAY more grip then I could use... which means I was not driving fast enough. but I am getting way more confident driving on the bumper of the car in front of me. by these laps I was sick of people not letting me pass. so I was making sure to get their attention
