I had the same problem...So I took off the stock covers and put grip tape on my brake and clutch pedal...It works greate haven't sliped off yet!!

get good shoes

if hat doesnt help get some drill or screw thru pedals, not the goofy bolt on ones.

Got my new pedal covers in !!! Yay



Nw I just need to get teh right size drill bit so I can mount them.

yeah i think good shoes is mostly it. I wear topsiders, deck shoes, sperrys, whatever you want to call them. They have a flat bottom (and are thin so you get a much better feeling for the pedals), and are rubber. I've never had a problem slipping off the pedals myself really
