I was surprised the Porsche club didn't check my tyre pressures during their tech. Heck, they checked everything else, including lugnut torque.

I'm not saying you're wrong or that SCCA didn't publish something like that... I'm just saying it seems to be completely contrary to any form of common sense or logic. So it's probably true that SCCA published something about it.

I never did like that. If my tires aren't flat, don't waste my time. I can check my own tire pressures.

I remember there was a safety concern regarding the two, but my memory is a little muddy on this subject.
