I think part of the appeal is being able to drive the course well with only 3 or 4 runs. We could do the same thing on Saturday though. Four different courses in one weekend would be cool.

 

Given how much I'm able to auto-x lately, I'd prefer not to lose any runs - need as much seat time as I can get. It would be cool to experiment with at least once though. I would not recomend doing it on both a saturday and sunday though. Some folks can't run both days so they would be unable to compete for points. Also, I'd prefer to see Saturdays have a standard practice course like GCAC so that we can really "test and tune" and get something resembling meaningful results. that would also put less stress on course designers as saturday's course would already be set so we'd only to do one (and a half if it's run backwards) course for the weekend.
