Star Trek, not Star Wars.
He was impersonating some Aliens making demands of the Enterprise in a deep and crazy voice. Don't know, not a huge Star Trek fan.

At the time, I made a mental note to myself to never let this guy be in a position to hold the microphone during an autocross.
