of people who've just started...

Brian Hollands
Tony Adams

those are my choices for people to look out for

Jeff Anderson was my choice last year, and he's showing that I wasn't too far off...

Todd,

I can host the file for you if you'd like, just get me the file somehow, either email or give me a CD and I'll upload it. In the meantime here's a video of my last and fastest run:
State Championship autox video

I was having a horrible day with the car! I'm gonna blame it on lack of experience with Hoosiers. This was my first set which I got at the beginning of the year. I just replaced the fronts cause they showed some cords at the end of last month's event down in Ft. Myers. So, instead of fighting with understeer I had massive oversteer! Mr Sideways would've loved my car Sunday! Usually (with new Hoosiers on all 4) I run about 35 cold in the rear to keep the car from pushing too much, at my last run I was down to 29 hot! As you can see from my times it got a lot better, but still, 2 seconds behind Bob is way off! Now I know what to do with older/worn out Hoosiers, start real low! Ian, I need some info on that product you told me about.

Tires wasn't the only problem I was having, I just recently replaced the rear rotors but got cheap and didn't do the pads at the same time, so I had no brakes in the rear! The fronts kept locking up on me, well, ABS would kick in and I hate ABS!

Ok, no more excuses, car will be ready for next season, I promise! Can't wait!!!

Jamal

Maybe next year. The engine hopefully will be ready by the end of the month with ~350+ rwhp. I have everything I need except an intercooler. Then it will be time for a complete rebuild of the suspension. I hope to have that done in time for the first national event at Ft Myers.

FWIW, the tour is still on for Ft. Myers. Only the Pro is in question, and so far, from what I've heard, the deals are working out on the positive side. More info to come as it becomes available.

2 things I saw...

1) not carrying nearly enough speed exiting the increasing radius. You had all that room to be flat on the throttle earlier. No reason to keep that tight. On my runs, it was worth ~a half second..... with your car, id guess more since it's faster.

2) broke too late into the 120 degree onto the skidpad

otherwise, good...you could probably throw the car a bit more.

I will be disappointed if there isn't a prosolo at ft myers next year. That is the most fun I have autoxing.
