alright its fixed .. the problem was a simple ground .. a corroted ground thx guys all repped!!!

Is a "corroted" ground like a "corroted" artery? Bad stuff. J/K. That one got me laughing only becuase I used to have a customer that always phrased "corroded" as "corroted".
