BASS MEKANIK
I FINALLY finished quad maximus.

I'll add it to my bass test cd later.

I'll try downloading bach. That actually sounds like it'll ruin my system but i really want to give it a go, i have some high hopes!

So far everything i've been throwing at it sounds good to great, almost near toby's lexus quality (minus having that whole "center" feeling and the fact that if he throws a 5.1 cd in there it will destroy my system).

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

yeh...

Anyways, got around to finishing some sweet 256kbps bitrate Bach violin orchestra pieces. I gotta say WOW this will really max the system out (trying it out on my PC setup right now) Its fully utilizing the entire spectrum, deep lows, lows, mids, mid highs and highs... ugh its sweet. If i wasn't so damn lazy to get up and go outside i'd be trying this shit out now.

I also downloaded some cello pieces but it sounded like the dude recorded it off a tape. Theres way too much background hiss and it sounded like it was also recorded in mono =S. Too bad too because that cello would have pwned.

Got through listening to Bach on the way to work and back, the entire 20 track 7 minute each song CD... hahaha.

It sounded awesome! i was really impressed and although i would love even more mids, it still sounded great.

At first when i got in the car, i put it in the stereo and then put a drink in my cupholder and when i got out of the neighborhood out on the street i turned up the volume... heard a very faint hiss in the background. I was like damn, i really thought they recorded this well... Well when i got to work an hour later i found out the bitch was at 15 volume (which is usually intolerable to me on any other cd i have). Apparently it was recorded too low. =[ that or i burned the cd with low volume again like an idiot.

Regardless, violins, plucked cellos, pianos, and an assortment of other stringed instruments sounded sex. Many thanks to the guy who recommended it

I'd love to hear something with more mids to mid lows. Thats where i need a little more work on the tuning.

Chips Ahoy cookies theme song from back in the day (on their commercials). No clue what it's called, but it's along the lines of swing music. I use to always use it to tune my systems.
