i have a buddy that has a jensen in dash dvd player and wants to hook it up so he will be able to watch without the parking or e brake on but cant figure it out i think he has some sort of toggle switch on it right now but it keeps messing up if anyone knows anything about this please help

 

I think this was just covered in another thread. You need a 'momentary switch' which can be purchased at radio shack. make sure its on - push off type. Also called normally closed.

i just put my pioneer on a switch to a ground and it works fine

 

his work sometimes but most of the time he has to keep hitting the switch on and off over and over again
