Default Goshdamnit, severely dumb question...

This is really embarrassing to ask but i have to, i cant find out anywhere and its driving me up the wall...

How the hell do i install a positive battery terminal (specifically a crossfire for 2ga wiring)? I know i should be able to just slide it on the battery post but the thing thats already on it is so big its taking up the whole post, i cant just put the terminal on it! =[ what should i do?

the terminal has 1 2ga connection, a 4ga connection i think and 2 more that are 8 or 10 ga....

I really dont want to have to take the current thing off, disconnect all of the wires currently on the clamp-device thing and then somehow take off each terminal and slip it into the provided ports on the terminal and use that.... it'd look really nice but.... i dont want to risk screwing it up and taking the cable terminals off..

HELP!

You have to take the OEM terminal off.
You have to cut the stock wire and reattach them.
Solder them and coat the finished terminal points with an anti corrosive.

Be careful.

You can't add a terminal to a battery post....you have to replace the old one.
