First of all, you two fight like a married couple, but at least I got some kind of answer out of you.
Anyways, what are your thoughts of a bandpass box???

I dont like bandpass. Of course I've never heard a bandpass built JUST for the sub, but they always just sounded terrible, and you cant never hear distortion until its too late.

Your Best Bet Is To Have A Big Ported Box And A Lot Of Power (a Class D Amp Would Be Better) And Without Having Your Seat Down And Having A Small Trunk You Really Have No Choice.
bandpass will be the loudest, but sound like fart above the tunig freq.
I am going to cut out the rear deck and build a ported dual box to point up into it. With the proper tools and patience you can keep it looking clean and give yourself +5db.
