with that kind of power, i would go with a crossfire bmf xt2 15" it will take the power and in the right box they sound good and you wont blow it cuz it will take 2000 watts i might be abel to get one if you want it ill look to see how much it cost

if you add an extra battery you run the risk of loosing volts IF they are not the exact same kind of battery installed at the same time...... see my 2nd to last post - https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/s...03#post1312503

if you're alternator can keep up with the demands of the amp w/ out the cap then a 20 dollar cap wouldn't hurt IMO.....and it looks cool.....

having 2 diffrent batterys will not kill each other or loss voltage as long as they are charged when you put them in and if you kill one of them you use a battery charger it will be ok, i have 9 extre batterys in my van and it hasent had any effect that they wernt the same as the one in the front and that they were new and the one in the front was not. it doesnt matter OTE]

but are they all the same kind of batteries? (I.E. deep cycle, lead acid?)
i mean with a 9 battery install you obviously know something is going right due to no voltage drops......my question to you is that after a week or so of daily driveing, do you experience a general drop in volts? .....if so this is normal due to the fact that after a week of daily driving you've drained some energy off them. That's how it was with my 2 battery setup but before long it wouldn't matter if i had charged both them up a night or 2 before, the volts would drop.
With the physics i've explained i'd experience you'd have a voltage drop or a gradual voltage drop or time with yours unless there's something else in the wiring (isolators, celinods, diods)
How often do you have to recharge your battries and what kinds are they? what types? and what powers? also what kind is being used to require 9 batteries?

i suspected it'd be about once a week or so.......do your volts go down after a while like they need a charge?
