Default Wire question

I have one 800 watt 12" sub with a 2 channel 1000 watt amp. I'm trying not to spend 100 bones on just wiring if I don't have to. I was ondering if anyone could tell me if this wire kit would be sufficient? If not any suggestion would be appreciated.

The wire kit can be found here:

For the power, ground and remote a wire kit from wal-mart will work just throw the shitty RCAs away and get something decent.

You don't have to do anything to change them just use the ones you buy instead of the one's with the walmart kit. The RCAs will run from the back of the Head unit into the amp.

Shielded RCA's are going to help with radiated noise and oxygen free wire will help with corrosion and longevity. Other than that...wire is wire. I personally would never spend much on "special" wires...unless ofcourse you're going all out with a show/competetion vehicle. Honestly, you'll probably never hear the difference anyways.
