Default Amp bench testing

So anyone know a place around here that will bench test an amp?? I would really like to see if my amp really puts out 1500 watts.

Take a muiltimeter..........measure the AC volts going out to the subs and the AC current going out to the subs. You multiply those numbers and thats your watts. P=IV or in other words Watts=Volts x Current ...... for my mulitmeter it wouldmnt go higher than 10amps, not good, so tap the toggle switch between AC and DC and for a second it might display a higher amperage like 40 or 43 (well that how it works for me).........
Also, make sure voltage it measured in parallel and current in series......and dont electricute yourself........

Guess again, in order to properly bench test an amp, you are also gonna need an ossiciscope(sp). Sure your amp is now doing 4000 watts, but what does your sine wave look like? It will be clipped like a mofo. I bench tested my amps, earthquake d2s, and were the sine wave begins to clip badly, one amp does 3841 watts at 14.0 v and the other does 3849 watts at 14.0 v.
