about ai-net for alpines

Default about ai-net for alpines

please explain what is the difference between the non ai-net alpne cd changers to the ai-net cd changers.

ai net is alpines distinct controlling system, only works with alpine, its also used to do more than just changers, can do video and other crap too.

ok coz i just bought an alpine cda7894 and a regular alpine cd changer (non-ai net). will the head unit still work? the headunit said that it needs an ai-net cd changer. am i fucked?
