I Got Some Ls6 Gm Heads For My 454 -
2.30 Intake/ 1.88 Ex Manley Sever Duty Valves
Awsome Port Work... Bowls Have Be Blended
New Valve Job And New Guide Cut For Pc Seals? (what Is That?)
They Also Have Been O-ringed
(a Ring That Sticks Out On The Head About 1/32 Of A Inch)

Need Help On What Head Gaskets To Use?

i believe u will also have to get the block oringed 2 not sure though.the oring is like a gasket its self.alot of n2o cars use this.as for gasket i like sce gaskets.but felpro will work or what ever u prefore.

i thought so too and use a copper gasket. but i was reading at sce site that you don't have to o-ring the block too. one or the other but the o-ring can only stick out so far.

so i was one the correct track - i just need copper head gaskets.
and i was told if you use copper head gaskets you must use studs!

i don't know if you can take out the o-ring and just run a plain jane gasket if your not going to run high compression or nitrous.
