Default white/ greyish smoke at start up?

OK Guy I've got a problem. My 5.0 is smoking white at start up then goes away. Is this a head gasket? I have no water in my oil and it doesn't overheat. So tomorrow I'm gonna run a leak down test on it. What other methods could I use to help pin point this problem?

maybe a little oil running down the guides from sitting overnight. A common problem when heads have some miles on them.

I hope its not a head gasket but if it is it'll give me a reason to buy some aftermarket heads.
