Default am I retarted or is it just stuck?

So my roomate asked me to help change a flat on his forester. I got the car up and the nuts off, but the wheel doesnt want to budge. It seems like it might be rusted to the rotor hat. Is there something im missing here or is it really just stuck on there. I sprayed it down with wd40, but the two of us couldnt budge it. I've never had so much trouble getting a wheel off. Any help or suggestions would be appreaciated.

Same thing happened to my Civic. Once it was kicked a few times it came off.

Thats pretty much what I figured. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't some special subu thing I wasn't aware of because after 15 min of the two of us kicking and pulling we hadn't gotten anywhere.

Its just stuck on the studs. Give it a good kick(on jack stands for safety) and it should come right off

kick HARD.... it will eventually come off. Keep on kicking, hit it with large objects like trees and boulders. Make sure to curse and beat up your knuckles, as well... It always comes off.

it happens...kick the top or bottom (of the side) and it should budge free...or just smack it with a dead blow...its just the rust.

You can also try to thread the lugs on loosely and lower the car back on it's wheels and roll it a few inches. Just make sure you have all the lug nuts on and they're not too loose.
