what im willing to pay for stock wheels and tires: 500 maximum

after simple math: 1300 obo and your stock wheels and tires (if the wheels and tires are in good condition)

I DO NOT WANT YOUR BRAND NEW 2012 STOCK WHEELS AND TIRES FOR 1100 DOLLARS. thanks.
