I would trade these https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/w...ffs-275-a.html and a full set of 5x114.3 16x6.5 or 7 not sure steelies with only one wheel having a tire on it, its good though. You say you want smaller rims, you would be able to rock either set until you find what you really want and could sell one set or both or have back a backup set etc...You could rock the 17's for a while too they have decent tires...if interested lmk.
