WTB: Cheap wheels (15"or16") with good tires (cash in hand)
Alright like the title states. Im looking for some wheels with good tires. I would really like to find a set of track r's or grids but open to anything. Ill even take steelies or meshies. I have some blades that I can do a partial trade with. LMK TR.

Price? Condition? Any info at all?
I need good tires. If I wanted to just replace tires I would keep my blades. Thanks though.
