Not sure how to measure rash... for the price you cant beat it.. I got a qoute to get them all reapired for 100 bucks.. The wheels are boxed up because of an out of state flaker that told me he wanted them.. I got the shot ass tires removed at my expense then packaged them.. then there was no response or payment received from the douche bag.

If you are truly interested then you can come by and see them.. Ill cut the boxes open for serious buyers
