Default shop to mount painted wheels w/o scratching?

i need a GOOD shop in tampa that can mount my nitto neogen 215/45/17s to my 17" stock Mini Cooper wheels, that i got painted black. long story short, they couldnt fit in the guys powdercoating machine, so he painted them for me. 60 bux for all 4 (only charged me for materials, friend of my dads)

they were sand blasted, primed, paint, and cleared.

what shops have a machine that can almost gaurentee no knicks or scratches? ive heard coast to coast, he said he cant gaurentee it, but hes done it alot and it prally wont, ive also heard Vortex racing on hillsborough (used to be called Dave Whites) has a nice machine....

any personal expirence?

heres a pic of my wheels

+1 on tape on the lip... get painters tape (green/blue) and just make sure it covers half the face and half of the actual bead.
