Civic vs LT1 Camaro
was driving north on 34th street when i saw a v6 mustang and older z28 playing around...so i proceeded to follow them and wait for the next light...
while lining up behind the v6 mustang i heard both vehicles rev their motors and proceed to launch off of the line. i followed the v6 mustang until the right hand lane opened up and passed him easily...coming up next to the camaro...as i pulled back in front of the mustang...and came up next to the camaro...whose driver had seen me...
so we both took off from 50mph or so and went up to 115mph.
i pulled him by at least 2-3 car lengths with a 220lb passenger...
he was a nice guy though...as he pulled up next to me and said "thats one nice honda, you got a turbo?"
i just said "its a 1.8, whats done to your car?"
he said "its mostly stock" which is what i expected...
anyway, the LT1 Camaro's really don't put up much of a fight...LS1's are much stronger.
