I was leaving my house to goto a friends, and all day there is this ss out in front of one of my neighbors house. By my luck he decides to leave when im driving down the side street, and for good measure he does a nasty fishtail in front of me. So i figure ill chase him down, take my ass whoopin and be on with my life.

So i caught a light with him and got to talking before the light changed, he said he had a cold air kit and some exhaust work done (it was an auto . Then he asked wut i had and i told him a couple bolt on's and some gears (3.73). The light turns green, we both are just spinning the tires like crazy and i pulled him bad in 1 and 2, hit 3rd and im about 3 car lengths in front of him and i shut it down. That's my best win since my new gears.

By chance a friend of mine was stopped at the light on our left and said the ss spun them real bad, and there was a cop 5 cars behind me!!! I guess ill invest in a radar detector before my next 4hp boosting bolt on goes on lol. if anyone knows the black 96 ss, let me know, and tell him to wash it!!!

im very cautious with my stock bottum end, no power shifting or dumping clutches ... and i think if i had some nitto 555r's i might be breaking my stock axles. Wut do u guys think? think i would be safe putting dr's on my 5.0 with 3.73s?

 

oh and btw, does any1 know a big black guy driving a new maro ss? i seen him today and my bro said it is hooked up big time. anyway, im glad he was going the other direction ~
