moms gave me "the nod"
well my moms truck broke down, so i had to go pick her up, well i turned down 34th/US19 from 54th ave N after i picked her up and started heading back home, well this new gold mustang had some pipes, and cobra rims and looked pretty clean, im guessing a GT or a BULLIT with DR's, well he is revving on me with a chuckle and grin on his face and i looked over to my mom with anticipation and she did a little "fine, its not like i can stop you" nod...i gave the "Ya, you know ima run him no matter what"...well i watched the other traffic lights go yellow, revved up to 5500, and launched it like a sumbitch and could have sworn i heard a "holy shit" from moms..but i pulled about 1 car by 1st, and was up 3+ cars by top of 2nd. my mom was mad i didnt have any "oh shit" handles, and did tell me it pulled about as hard as her vette...so all in all, it was a fun run i guess, still suprised my mom didnt get mad at me or anything.

This is the internet. You're just supposed to talk up whatever you do know as if you're a salesman for it. i.e. I drive a Supra and a Corolla therefore 2JZ is the greatest and so is the 4A and I don't care about anything else because it's all crap since I don't have it. i was suprised my mom compared it to the vette...she acts like its big shit, but i cant bad mouth it, it is the reason i want a lt1/ls1 so badly now
