I'm glad to see that there are some sensible people on TR that actually give a fuck about others. We have all drank and drove at one time, but to boast about it is absurd. I'm sure that you are not a total fucktard, but you are in my book if you continue running your life as usual. Wise up!

ive never drank and drove, hell, ive only drank a handful of times, hate the stuff...*gets queasy just thinking about it*

 

EDIT: Many of us have been stupid enough to drive after having one or more drinks, whether forced, or being temporarily out of mental sorts. You know, alcohol does retard one's logic. Just look at half the people in Ybor. Shit, I plan on getting a little sloppy tonight at my sister's B-day party, but I'm smart enough to let my sober wife drive home.

 

hey i was there...i was the guy in the coBra and we arrived at the party at bout 10...and he had ONE drink we left late at 3 so he was perfectly legal...and able to drive....i know him and he'll never put himself, anyone else, or his car in danger...im totally againt drinkin and driving...i wouldnt have let him leave he he was gone...i on the other hand had absolutley nothing to drink because i was on antibiotics....u guys should ease up...

All right he fucked up, he is much younger than some of us (Dino) and needs to learn that's not cool. He is a nice guy! jorge c,mon bro , that shit is crazy , im not just raggin ya , I did when i was young and thought i drive great, then I got pulled over and the guy told how I was driving . I couldn't believe i was not able to control my vehicle!!! He let me go but after that night I chilled! I will not race anyone if im even close to a buzz! had tons of people taunt coming from ybor and just let em roll!

 

I think you guys all need to tone it down, he never said he was trashed, in the first place, and you can have a drink or too and still be fine to drive..

he busted the boxster's ass so give him respect! his car is the shit, i wish my car was as fast as his, and he has a smaller turbo then me..

Sorry about the parental tone. I just can't stand when people drink and drive. I don't doubt that DSM is probably cool, but I have to bust his chops when he posts about racing after a party.
Anyhow, no harm was done, besides the beat-down the Porsche received.

 

well i just wanted to say thanks for all the ppl who care, really appreciate it. i just wanted to add that yes i was drinking but i wasnt trashed. i had 1 beer that was like 2 ,because i knew i was gonna have to drive later on that night so i didnt get trashed, i had a little buzz going on, but none the less drinking and driving is wrong, and i realize my mistake and from now on ill make sure to hand the keys over even if i sip a drop of alcohol.
