Last night I was "raced" by these guys in an integra. Now that might not be anything new but these guys were real jerks. I was driving home and I passed them. Nothing unusual there. Since my car is loud I guess they thought I wanted to race. They were being rude and talking shit as they flew past me (I wasn't even looking at them) and I stayed in 5th. So once we stopped at a light I revved it up a little. They were still yelling about how their stock integra beat my "peice of shit" back there. So I was pretty mad by now and I smoked the rears a little and flashed my lights at them. Normally I wouldn't do something like this but these guys were too much. So we "took off" I was stuck behind a van from the start. They went flying off in their old A/T integra screaming like girls. I was still behind the van in 2nd gear. I'm sure they're bragging about how they beat some old toyota. If they even knew it's a toyota. This is why I have such little respect for integras.

Was this a race? Did I lose? Am I just an asshole for egging them on? I don't even like street racing but I really hate integra fuckboys!

No everyone isn't. It's just I'm ALWAYS apprehensive about integra drivers. I'm not comfortable around them right away. I just have bad experiences with them. Most of the integra drivers I see around fuck their cars up with stupid lights and wings and shit. It seems like they are only in it for girls, hence the term "fuckboy". This is all good and fine but don't act like you're some kinda racer if you're just doing it to get in girls pants. Just look and you'll see there are lots of "fuckboys" around. And remember that the integra isn't the only "fuckboy car" it's just the one I see the most "fuckboys" driving.

It was not a race. There are no races that start with a van in front of either participant. Races are typically from a stop, and the competitors go when the light or tree turns green. There are exceptions, as in Gooney Bird races. See the good Dr. Dirt for an explanation on this one. But it usually involves a Supra with a fuckboy driving it. Dammit, I tried.
No, you didn't lose, because there was no race. See above. I think the van driver lost a day or too off his/her life do to the noise both cars were making.
You are probably not an asshole, just have been emotionally scarred by someone or something in an Integra at one time. The egging them on part, was done while you were behind the van?..hmmm Maybe you are an asshole. But, I wasn't there, so really can't judge your assholeness based on just that. My advise? If you have a decent Yoda--it's gonna hook, wait for them fuckboys (dammit!) to come around again, but wait till you both are at the front at a light/tree. The best way to shut up screaming fuckboys (FUCK!) is to hand them their collective ass in a race. Works every time, better than BC powder.

I thionk I also have this idea in my head that RWD is better for racing of all kinds than FWD and I want people to know I have RWD cuz no one even realizes it. It's a point of pride with me. And BTW the van got out in front of me. I wonder how he didn't notice my car in the next lane taking off at 7000RPM.

 

It all makes sense now. The "fuckboy" lost the race and you lost the race. The van won. Good kill!
