i was going home from school today on east lake road. i notice this red civic peel out at the light. im like wow, your fast. its just a new body style civic, 5 speed, im guessing stock. so im in front at the next light. he pulls next to me. he starts revving at me. so i say what the hell. light turns green. we both launch at the same time. a little spin for both of us. i let off at about 65 and had a good 2-3 cars on him. so im just driving the speed limit and a few mins later he drops a gear wanting me to go again. but i didnt take the opportunity.

add 1 to the not so many wins in the olds column.

 

Its funny racing the ricer boy stock civic drivers, they cant get the hint that there cars are slow and they will race a hundred times to prove that

 

note to self: don't race a 98 oldsmobile intrigue near east lake high school.

dont under estimate the oldsmobiles now, my get around car while the laser is down is my cut supreme international...i got a bad tranny and im chirping 2nd because its slipping so bad but its fun to have such a sleeper chirp on a rice baby... so far ive beaten a new celica (not gts), 92-95 civic anything lightly modded, and got it side by side with a newer lookin buick the top end on it is almost deadly, i winded 4th gear out to 168 on the downhill of the skyway, only about 155 was the highest i got it on level road.
