The gears are way to tall to launch well, so until I lower my gearing the car is a dog from a dead stop. That is unfortunate when you have as much horsepower and torque as I do in a 2700 lbs car. I have the equivalent of 2.50 gearing and a 4 speed if that gives you an idea of what I have to launch with.
Once I do my motor work and put in the lower ring and pinion I am hoping for low 13s or high 12s.
A few years ago when the car was in much better shape I used to be able to beat cars like modified camaros and mustangs by the time we would reach 60 to 80 mph (since I would always be left at the light by cars like that) that I knew were running low 14s and high 13s, so I would guestimate that I am in 14 second territory at the moment.
In the next couple of months right before I start my motor work I will definantly head do to BMP so I have some good before and after numbers.
Till then I will just have to guess.
I doubt you're in 14 sec. territory, even with bad gearing. Your talking about 400HP... I'd love to see what your car runs at the track, I bet you'd be very surprised. The way the LSTEGdude was talking above, I thought you had a 11 sec ride.

If I could turn my boost up I would have over 400 HP but right now I am limited to running stock boost (12 psi) and only have about 300 HP and 315 lbf of torque at the back wheels.
The part of my fuel injection that enriches my mixture at high boost is kaput so I don't dare run the 22 psi of boost that would make me worthy of my user name.
Since drivetrain is pretty old with over 120,000 miles on it I'm getting ready to rebuild the motor (and do some good mods while I have it apart) and also change the final gearing so I can launch better (and keep me under 150 MPH).
With the new mods I might be able to get 450 HP at the back wheels so I hope with the lower gears that I may be able to break me into the 11s but I will be happy with 12s since I have other interests besides the quarter mile.

I have fattened the mixture and retarded the timing to get my high RPM range back so I would be up for us going to BMP so I can see what the porsche is capable of while worn and broken.
