Well coming home from work me and brock (nismoturbo se-r) decided to make a few runs on some back roads. In case you dont know, he has a 92 se-r, sr20det (gtir). its like sabris car, but brocks shit is cammed out.
anyways. we go from a stop, both of us on 7 psi, and after spinning 1st and second he jumps about a car on me at the end of second and i never get it back. So then we go from about a 40punch, this time me on 8 psi, and we're dead even all the way to the top of 4th, where i begin to SLIGHTLY pull him, but not much. Its a real nice car, its got the brakes, the wheels, the suspension, and most importantly, the power. Once those cams kick in that bitch moves. Now brock, get your lazy punkass up and order that boost controller so you can run 16 psi

It got locked because a bunch of immature people started talking stupid irrelevant shit and it's too much work for me to go in and delete individual posts. I will let this stay due to the fact it is a good war story but if people screw it up again I will lock it.

brock (nismo turbo se-r) did the swap himself but you would hafta ask how much he paid for the motor because im not positive but i think it was less than 6k but i could be wrong. it is going to be crazy once he gets a real boost controller.

I thought rebuilding and modifying my porsche was a lot of money, but it will at least end up being less than $5K.
I guess it pays to start out with the right engine instead of having to swap.
