northdale mabry we were just cruising, then he sees me get on it a little, and he then hits the gas and off we go, after it was all done i had about 2
cars on him and was still pullen, he then let off, we got in the turn lane at van dyke and we made a u turn, i then waited for him to get next to me, and he punched it again, i was at like 5500 in 2nd gear so i was right in my sweet spot, i pulled him by like 2 cars in 2nd, another 2 or so in 3rd
then let offf, and he didnt want any more after the 2nd ass beating
im hoping the gauges meant he had a charger, or nos or something, it sounded pretty mean. my dad said old skool monte carlos only had 305's
i hope he had a 350 or something swapped in

hes got a charged350 in his 88 hatch pushin 10psi. and i was the guy in the monte carlo. i got a 454 big block with a 100 shot of NOS

 

its stroked to 396!!

 

it was either a supercharged 305 or he had a swap cuz i woulda dusted a 305 REALLY BAD.
b4 my friend got a v8 in his firebird, he raced a 305 camaro, he was dead even with him and my friend had a stock v6 92 firebird

Uh so now if something has guages its fast? Ide better get some on the double. And Sense when are all 305's the same? If it was charged on that old of a Monte Carlo i dont think they were fuel injected yet and still ran off a carb if it was that way and charged mosty likely he would have a blower out of the hood.
Not sure abotu them being fuel injected or not though. is every ls vtec the same?

 

the gauges dont make it fast, the fact that i hang with svt lightnings, is what makes me think he did not have a 305.
also, i think it may have been a buick grand national. which had a 3.8, which is a nice motor for turbo/supercharger
