well i have been wondering if my ECU for my GTi-R motor has been tuned. Its the stock GTi-R ECU or so i thought. The stock speed limiter on the motor is 118 mph from what i know. Well i decided that the only way to see if it is maybe tuned would be to go over 118mph. So i came out of my work and its a huge long straight road with no one on it....most of the time. I punched it in first....(spun right thru it), Hit second, caught right at the end, chirped third, went to fourth........getting ever so faster, put it in fifth and eureka i look down and i'm doin 130mph. Damn it got there fast. So i guess i win. My ECU has been programed. aahhhh what a good feeling.
