Yeah they would be good for 13.3s with a "professional" driver up north somewhere where they test on them where its alittle cooler. its alittle muggier over here. There are very few and far between stock ls1s that ive seen run 13.3s . dont get me wrong my buddys went 13.1 but like you said its all driver. Also the guy in the cobra just could be throwing numbers out just to make him think it runs that. But why argue about it . Just line them up again and do it..

and yes, cobras suck, thIER horsepower is OVERRATED at the factory
they never put down on the dyno what they should.
maybe the new ones will be diff but as for the older ones, they suck
as for camaro/firebird they hp is actually UNDERATED at the factory, and they usually pump out a little more than what the stock specs are.

hey 96modgt, this is Will with the black z-28, you were on the beach when Mari kicked his ass then I followed him out and then kicked his ass. VERIFIED!!! I kicked the Yellow Crx's ass on Gandy and he posted about it and it was VERIFIED!!!! But that was only after I ran his freind with the white Honda with the carbon fiber hood the same night (who I beat this weekend with his new motor)...VERIFIED!!! You can verify the Slim Shady race with Slim himself to receive verification. I beat the red crx at a prominent spot infront of no less than 50 people. VERIFIED!!! The car was stock then....I never said it was stock in the slim shady post or the post with the red one with nitrous. All it has now is a lid (cold air), catback, and a mass air sensor. 13.7's from a stock ls1? I'm sure I'm a LITTLE faster than that.

Hell i know it runs alot better than a 13.7 Damn if i knew it was you i wouldnt have doubted that ls1 did beat those cars...Thought it was some ls1 guy gettin in over his head..But now i know its you. Good Kills

Just to add to my previous post, Cobra's came over rated for one year only and that was in 1999. A lot of them came with power defects which Ford later fixed by adding an extrude honed intake. Every other year Cobra has dynoed right where they need to be, some even under rated. If anything the new 03 Cobra's are over rated. I suggest you get your info correct before you start talking out of your ass.
