so my boss and I leave work. He has a bone stock 07 6.0 gto. I am following him in my car and within minutes of leaving work we are being played with by a red old school 944 turbo. It was very clean and sounded great. My boss tried hitting it when they were side by side and the porsche put a hurting on the gto. Now I do want to mention I was hoping for the gto win and im not a import fan but whatever the red porsche had was very impressive. Props to the old school 944.

 

GTO's are slow and weigh like 56,395,409 lbs.

idk about slow, but they are heavy as fuck.

 

06 gto weighs like 3900lbs and makes 400hp. definately wouldnt call them slow but for some reason they never seemed as fast to me as they should be.

 

For being a large car, they lay down some impressive times. And with some motor work and some spray or boost (or both ) then you're talking! I love the lsx motors because they make good power bone stock, but the minute you get elbows deep into those things, they really shine.

 

the gotes are slow. GM should be ashamed of themselves. I saw one with an eaton blower and aboout 480 hp still running 14's. It was a 5.7 but still
