The kid had longish blonde hair. and 3 gauge's on his A pilar.

 

^ idk if it was blond but the car was that color. im not sure about that lip either but i didnt get a good look at the car from the front. ask whos ever car that is if he ran a dark colored hatch across the hf one night last week, theres not many yellow ones around here so the chances are good thats him
