350z vs Z28
sorry for the late reply,
i'm bolted up & reflashed - tubdout is just a creative name.
'03 base
Intake/injen
ISO Spacer/MD
Headers/strup
HFC - Random Technology
Borla Full Exhaust
Reflashed 274hp/288tq
it was 74 degree's out when we did the pulls. Before reflash i was in the upper 250shp/260stq to the wheels. Stock when i got i think it was a whopping 226hp/238tq to the wheels.
Car also has drilled slotted rotors
upgraded pads
rims - upgrade tires of course 245/40 - 275/40
thats it performance wise.
-------
Z28 was not stock, not sure what was done, but it sounded sick with it as they usually do. How can you tell the difference between the LS1 and LT1? Different year?

With boltons I made the same numbers as you minus the headers with Uprev Tune on my 04.5. I think my last Na dyno was 282/262.
Get some N20 pumping threw that baby and make numbers like me, 383hp/436Tq on a 100 shot, thats damm near 200Ft lbs or torque!! Then Z06's owners have a hard time figuring out how the fuck u just passed them lol. Bolted up Ls1 Ta's and Z28's become light work.
Now the tables turn when they run the squeeze....

got a piece of the LS1 Z28 last night. It was more than likely stock, stock exhaust atleast.
Z28 missed 3rd gear so i smoked him but I was at his back bumper bye that point. honestly couldn't tell much difference between the LT1 and LS1. I suppose the difference between modded and not modded closed the gap but both of them have problems getting away from me or getting ahead of me. Over and above, solid cars, my friend has a procharged LT1 Z28 and its damn quick.

Since when did you become a comedian? Plus only your is great for using as an example, most other will fail in comparision. BTW Julio failed to get in contact with me. Lets get the cars lined up soon.
OP - sounds like an exciting kill, driver of the Z28 def. deserved to be handed his ass.
