OK wednesday nite June 11th technically thursday because its 2 in the morning. Riding around in my boys hatch(95) h22a swappped. we were looking for something to play with. so we see a brand new red mustang... i hurry to catch up n not to miss out on the fun. caught him over by the movie theatre on 301. i do a fly by so he cud know i want to play. Finally he drops n i drop to 3rd...(idk the mph its in kph lol) so im running blind in 3rd 5k. hit it i pull on him in vtec. then he takes a left onto sr 70 i follow. i ask him about it...turns out its a 510hp "roushcharged" mustang. it said rouch charged on the hood had all the symbols.. so obviously he just dropped down to a lower but not perfect gear for the race.. i tell him to roll race me because all i do is spin in 1st(and 2nd n vtec n 3rd for that matter) so we do a roll im in 3rd 4800 rpm...he drops down all the way we go he pulls 3-4 cars NO LIE then i hit vtec at 5250 watev it is on a h22. n he doesnt pull anymore. we pull out 3rd then he lets off... I was shocked...lol so enjoy honda people.!

 

h22. ftw. i am the owner of the 95 hatch i was letting him ^ borrow my car due to him breaking 2 of his own. and this is what he does with it lol. oh well good job and dont brake it. if you are wondering the mods are. fully built h22 with je pistons pauter rods. fully balanced and blueprinted. ported and polished head with over sized valves with tit. retainers and dual valve springs skunk2 pro series stage 3 cams. i have the turbo waiting to go on it but i am waiting for my manifold and down pipe to come in. so for now it has a 100 shot of the nawzz. lol. oh and by the way i have not even got to race anyone worthy yet due to me just building recently. lol

the problem was the driver mod wasnt tuned yet.

 

The mustang stopped pulling when the hatch got into its power range then he shiftedd into 3rd then the stang. let off. there is traction problems when it is in 2nd gear. lol

 

a slow ass h22 pulled on a 520 hp stang? I fucking doubt it...

 

Dude, don't doubt any Honda on TR... all of them are faster than Mustangs... even the 520 hp ones....

H22s are nice, my buddy has a decently built H22 integra and he pulls on me all day long. I don't envy him though, when he hits VTEC you can actually watch the gas gauge start to move, its pretty sick.
