Did I mention it was Turbo? Well I was out on an extended test drive after fixing my car. I was driving through Plant City on I-4 when I notice a Yellow ITR coming up from behind me. I play it smooth. I figure hes gonna slide beside me and drop it. As he gets closer I notice an intercooler on the front of the car. HELL YEA!!! Bring it ON!!!
All of a sudden he comes flying by me doing 100+mph. I was ready for this so I dropped gears and laid into the throttle. Little miss profec was set for 10 healthy pounds of boost. By the the time I shifted into 5th I had caught up and was beside him...and then I started to pull on him. As speeds reached 140+ we ran into traffic (me first he was 4 or 5 cars back trying to catch up). I let off the throttle and for the first time had a chance to really look at the Guage pod. The car was getting hot.

Being the gentlman that I am I slowed back down hoping he would match me 65mph for a side by side luanch. No Go he would pass me mildly and as a tryed to speed up to match hed hual ASS but Miss T3/T4 wouldnt have any of that. From behind again I would catch up and pass.This happened 4 or 5 times till we reached Lakeland.

It just happened that we both got off at the same Exit. At the light we had a moment to talk. Hes had his Turbo for 1 month and pushes 5psi. Its a Yellow ITR with Gold RH CP035 Evos (17). He lives in LAkeland but works in Tampa so all of you I-4 folk better watch out...hes out there!

I too was hoping for more of a challenge but coming from behind and Passing him was fun. My strong gear is 3rd and I never really got to use it. Oh well...

 

Thats the only gear I need

watch out for a yellow itr from miami. frank at sfp set it up he runs like 280 on 7 or 8 psi and with much more room to go
