low 13s??? hmm not sure on that.
i would at least think mid 12s for that price. and i believe the newest ones pull like 12.00 flat or something really close!
but there are some imports out there that would gladly give them a spanking...nothing more priceless than a 4 banger beating or a 6 (which 6 is still only half the engine a lambo is) and showing the owner they wasted way too much money proving they have small penis...hehe

I think that the diablo non VT runs 12.8 and the VT is around mid 12s. They may loose to a gutted civic in the 1/4 but I wanna see any car here run 200+mph also. If the driver is the big fat guy around mid 30s that diablo(and the guy) lives in clearwater off of Mcmullen or us19. A diablo is a status car. I talked to the guy with the diablo that used to go to the Bk when is was infront of Target. He said that the rear rims alone cost 5k!

Theres 2 Diablos that I see occasionally around here in Temple Terrace...A blue one and a yellow one..As a matter of fact the guy with the blue one was at Circuit City on Fowler a couple months back...anyways.. http://www.supercars.net/SDBQ?y=2000&m=Lamborghini&o=Diablo%20VT%206.0 says the 1/4 mile in 11.2 sec.
