is this the new thing now? claiming you beat vettes in your civic? What kind of vette did you "beat"?

Hes just messing around. But he did beat at vette. Just a c4.

 

oh, I can never tell who's joking or not.. because half the things I hear people say on here are ridiculous lol.. well beating a c4 vette is a little more believable lol.. the LT1 isn't a bad engine though..

I have no idea what the new thing is...as far as the "vette" thing it was in reference to the other guy that said he beat a vette...its not that special.It was a C4 I raced from a dig he didnt pass me til around 120-130 but it was a friendly race, also ran a heads, cam, 4.10 geared GT right after the vette. Got him pretty nasty out of the hole but third gear he passed me, same with my friend Lionells LS2 GTO, these are all friendly runs though and as long as I have tires im down for a dig! As far as numbers I might be making a little more than 180 at the wheels...But I will be at trackday sat. hopefully with my exhaust fixed (im losing alot of power open dump header style) and I will finally have some numbers.


p.s. Mofo should have my video up soon of the mustang and vette on mafia.

 

#1 - There's NO way a 180 HP FWD car would take an LT1 vette out of the hole, or a heads/cam GT. It's NOT going to happen no matter what -- unless they didn't even know you were racing.

#2 - Even if that WAS true, you said you beat a vette, now you're saying he beat passed you at around 120.. that means you lost.

 

Wow, you must not know of very many civics. And he passed at 130 after they let off. I was in the civic when he raced both cars.

 

...It's not even possible. The GT has what, around 300 HP? And the vette has mid 200's? Even if they had the EXACT same power, no way would a FWD car beat a RWD car out of the hole.

But 180 HP in a civic = what... 130 TQ?

 

You seem to not know much about power to weight ratio.

And he also was on tires. Same with the mustang.

 

I have no reason to lie about it...it was a C4 vette... David^ was in the car with me...you can ask crippleGTO-the gto I beat outta the hole, inboost was behind us in his cobra, and mofo was filming in the vette, and Cody was the kids name in the GT, he's on mafia but not here. You can also ask 2Rowdy whose full bolt on 5.0 I beat...
