racing a cop

Ok so this story is a couple of yrs. old but it is true.
at the time i was driving an 84 mazda rx7 with basically no mods. i was in the sarasota/bradenton area when a maroon early nineties firebird pulled up next to me at the light. we revved our engines and the race was on.
i beat him and then gave him the flashers. he got pissed and started driving like a freak. passed me in the emergency lane and then took off at 100 mph. then a couple of police cruisers passed by me at 120. they nailed him. i passed him while the cops were messing with him and i showed him the flashers again. i thought it was over until i saw him in my rear view mirror coming up at 100 mph again. he pulled up next to me turned on his interior light and flashed his badge. then he took off again and flashed his emergency lights. what a day. now thats a story you tell your kids! (when theyre 25)

somethin like that happened to me the first day i got my original CRX Si...i was just drivin around w/ one of my friends and i blow up past this like 92 cavalier and then he starts speeding up so i was like fuck it ill give him a try and he catches up and i downshift and hes weavin all over the road then we hit a light an i noticed it was a cop(off duty) but he chased me down and pulled me over and went nuts said he was gonna impound my car and take me to jail and all that good stuff....but i wasnt really to worried because he was off duty so he had no proof i was speeding or driving wreckless but it was still pretty funny
