Since I too drive a 1999 Eclipse I have always been hesitant to race any DSMs out there unless it is for fun or on the track. It seems like fellow DSMers are like family. Anyways I was at Waters Ave. around 9:30 AM going to school when a GS started sniffing my tailpipe. I kindly moved out of his way then we hit a light. He started revving his engine like mad and I was like whatever. Next light near the railroad tracks we came on a stop again. I was like thats it light turned green and I punched it. We took off about the same time but when the car shifted into 3rd I was pulling like 2-3 cars in front of him. About a 34 of a mile later I decided to let go then he rode on me again. I just laughed gave him the thumbs up and turned. It is always sad to kill a fellow DSM on the road. All the mods I have in my car is a Matrix intake.

I think yours is a Turbo right?? Maybe when I get my Star Stage II Turbo Kit I can give you a run. Until then I dont mind loosing to a fellow DSM
