The 2000 V6 Mustang does run 14.9 with a new filter a timing advance and no spare. It was in 5.0 magazine. with that they run around 205 hp ( not at the wheels!) Funny thing is the new Gt runs about the same. Its because of the gts abundance of tourque. They spin the tires the Lx doesnt.

Ya I drive a 99 v6 mustang. Over at v6power.com there are alot of guys running low 13s with them. You gotta understand too though that its only been the last few years people thought about modding out v6 stangs.
