Racing Zones Turbo Galant

Well I was goin down fowler ave. to my softball game and ran into my buddy charles from racing zone with an awd Galant. Well me and him had been joking around who would win in a race so it was perfect! We both dropped it at about 60 and i steadily pulled away but there is no telling what would of happend off the light with his AWD...but all i know is he didnt have a chance from 60 on....as soon as i get my clutch ill post how the race goes!

Was it a Galant GSX or a Galant VR-4? Im assuming that since it has a turbo its a VR-4 and not a converted GSX? If so they RAN 15.5 from the factory but its been 8 years minimum since they rolled off the lines so I doubt it will perform quite that well. Mines a bit slow in the top end performance...heheh. Well and completely stock (havent even put in a K&N yet).
Be careful though...the DSMs are just lighter Galant VR-4s. Everything that can be done to a DSM can be done to a VR-4. Shit theres a VR-4 in OTown with 560HP to the wheels (all 4
).

Dont try to be a teacher John. They all already know DSMs are slow. Much like yours and mine.

actually it was shipped to the US we got them in 91 and 92.i think they shipped 2000 in 91and only 1000 in 92.not bad from a honda owner :confused:

I think The Kid was refering to the Mitsubishi FTO which is NOT available in the States.
