First of all my original post was aimed at flounder who said he had never been beaten by a Talon from a light. I am assuming a traffic light which would be on the street where you would be running radials.

Second of all I DO race for 1/4 mile but when speaking of getting left from a light it only takes 60 to get left at a light.

Third even with slicks it is not easy in a front wheel drive car to get much better than a 1.8 60 time. The guys out there that are running huge slicks combined with a LSD and wheelie bars are getting 1.6s. Do you have the same suspension/traction setup as a 9 second FWD? It would be killer to see you drive down the street with a setup like that.

You say Im playing games? What kind of game is it you are playing. Ya I get left at lights cause Im not racing. You got me there. Im such a loser for geting left at a light by somone who is in more of a hurry than me. I give up. You are WAY cooler than me because you street race. Your the man.

By the way no one is trying to school you on anything and you are sadly mistaken if you think you are MY teacher.

To clear a few things up...
I do not NORMALLY street race. I will and have if provoked but I do not use it to gauge how fast my car is. It is NOT accurate. This is my opinion of street racing and I dont give a fuck if you or anyone else disagree. Go play I have a secret with someone else.

 

I guess thats your way of saying no. No games here I simply asked you to race(cutting through the BS). All you had to say was yes or no but I guess you rather internet race. I Just thought it would be a good race; guess not.
If compairing attitudes....I guess I am cooler than you.

cxcivic. I never said I wouldnt race you. I was making a point about street racing and keeping times a secret to flounder until you decided to join the conversation. when you said I want to try my first response was You can try if you like. You will get your chance.

flounder. the day I ran a couple of 13.00s it was just a little while ago in August (read: very hot) and I took a 1st place trophy home with me that night. Also you dont run at the track more than me. period.

Bry. I thought you were pretty cool till now. i can see the other side of you. I am not saying cxcivic cant beat me in the 1/4. I joined the discussion based on flounder saying I havent yet been beat by a Talon Especially from a red light. I was making a point that he has a better chance from a roll than from a stop. I DO give a turd about 60 times. If Im going to beat you Im going to beat you there and Im certainly not giving you 4 miles to walk me down. You can do a ricer fly-by on me and put on your hazards if you like. I dont really care.

Give it a 1/4 mile and my money is on cxcivic. On the street or on the track. I think hell be a lot closer than you think even after 60ft. But talk is cheap and all were doing is bench (err internet) racing. All the BS stops when the hammer drops.
