Me and my brother went for a drive one day after putting a new turbo manifold on his turbo civic coupe ex. well we stopped at this bar called gators to meet a friend and show him and what not when we saw this douchbag trying to act cool by driving through grass doing like 40. so we left laughing at him and go onto us 41. well we were going past a stop light and saw the s-10 pulling out so we slowed down a bit and waited for him to catch up which after passing 2 lights happened. so we were at a red light,waiting to see if he would do something,but sadly he was behind us and there was a car in front of us and cars to the sides. well it was a long as light and the idiot kept reving it up thinking he was hott s**t. well then he starting doing a burnout. i turned and looked at my brother and laughed. so my brother reved the civic up not that high though so the guy couldnt hear the blow off valve. well the light turned green and the car in front of us sped up faster then all the rest so we were able to change lanes in front of the car to the right of us going north on 41,well we were in 2nd gear now and moved back into the middle lane with the s-10 beside us and he starts to hit it and in the civic it took so long to spool up so it wasnt hitting in boost until 3rd which when it hits max boost in third it would spin rediculously. so yea we just shifted into 3rd and the kid looked over at us as with a smirk thinking he was cool as he gained about half a car,well we hit max boost and spun out like crazy,then shifted into 4th and shot ahead as we were pulling by him i saw him look as if he had seen a ghost and he couldnt believe we were ahead of him then he could hear the turbo spooling and the blow off valve sound when we shifted into 5th. the look on his face was priceless,but then we almost hit like three cars trying to stop we had to swerve across 2 lanes just to avoid hitting people lol. Yes my brother can drive,brakes were shitty as hell though. fun day. worth the work

 

I didn't know they made a v8 s-10 extreme...iirc they come with an auto v6 4.3 vortec....

yea to tell ya the truth idk. its possible it was a v6. but i saw the v8 emblem he probably glued on or sumthing. but idk ne thing about s-10s
