Went out to the local track Sat night, I didn't intend on running my car since it is untuned and only making 17 psi. Most of the night was boring but then things spiced up. I kinda got called out by a clean ass 350z with full exhaust,intake,chip....etc. So, I was bored and run what you brung ......right?

Anyway, we had about 5 runs together. First 3 runs were from 2nd gear at about 25 mph......not a good spot for me since I am only at like 2800rpm and don't full boost until 4000. Well, needless to say the 350z pulled out about 2 cars on me, I slammed 3rd and started creeping back, hit 4th and we shutdown at like 125 with him a car out on me.
Next, we went from a 40 roll in second. A much better spot for me. We did 2 runs and both ended the same. I jumped out about 1 1/2 cars and held to about 125-130.

After that I lined up with a F150 Lightning, we went from about a 50 mph roll. He took the hit. He pulled out 1/2 car on me and then I evened it out by the top of 3rd. I hit 4th and started creeping away, I got about 1/2 car out on him and he shutdown. Not sure how fast we were going at that point.

Last run was against a 06 stage 2 STi, we went from a 40 ish roll. I honked it off. I jumped out about a car in second, hit 3rd and the STi was at my rear bumper. Then I almost crashed and never got to see the outcome. THis run will be continued, since I know the owner


EDIT: I also ran this black 06 body style mustang from a 40 roll. This guy put a bus length on me by the top of 3rd I think I heard a turbo or maybe it was spray but.....it was quick

Why do you roll race an AWD car? I wish I had AWD so I could deeeg.

 

Because, If I beat you from a roll ......I know I can beat you from a dig. The WRX tranny is a weak point, I rather not take the chance of breaking something if it's not needed. If I lose by a car or 2 from a roll then I always ask for a deeg. Most of the time if I lose from a roll by a car or two I end up winning from a stop.

 

Did you run the GTO Dario? How did that go? I edited my first post, because I forgot to mention another run I had

 

from a 40 roll i think they said dario was about 3 lengths or so back... correct me if im wrong

 

^ damn, do you know what the mods on that 06 Black Mustang were? That thing walked me pretty hard.

its a shiotty video, the camera guy was using 2 cameras... this was from in the LS2 GTO, the first race dario missed a gear i think, then the GTO raced the procharged GT
