I dont they are talking about the reare few, or one or two people that somehow pulled it off. I think its more along the lines of in general.

 

Well most corvette owners never even race their car so that would explain why some can't drive them properly.

Theres actually a cop on a sport bike where i live in Citrus County (20 mins south of ocala) but at least they dont know how to ride there harleys.... sad i out ran one in a stock plain jane dodge neon lol

Last year, somone ran a 10.x in a BONE STOCK c6Z on the stock tires. It has nothing to do with a freak car. I have seen stock ones trap 128-130. It is a matter of track prep/conditions, and bieng a damn good driver.
